Antelope

The antelope are back for the summer. Here is the view from my deck.

Grizzly Bears

While traveling in Yellowstone Park last month, we saw three grizzly bears - a momma with two yearling cubs. They were attracted to the thin strip of grass between the road and the snowbank. This was near the continental divide.

Catching Up

Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do on this blog. Here are some pictures from last week. We got about half a foot of snow. None left now, of course.
The cheerful daffodils were not the least bit fazed by the snow and cold winds.
I was not expecting to see the plow out on the highway in June! It is amazing they have any tax money left to pay for it after the long, snowy winter and spring.
